This Privacy Policy explains how Peel, published by Rivon (“we,” “us”), handles your information. In short: your notes stay yours, and we don’t collect them.
Notes, checklists, reminders, tags, drawings, and images you add to Peel are stored locally on your device. If you’re signed in to iCloud, they sync across your devices through Apple’s iCloud (CloudKit) using your own Apple account. We cannot read the contents of your notes.
Peel does not require an account with us. We don’t collect your name, email, contacts, or location. Any name you enter in onboarding is stored only on your device to personalize greetings.
Syncing uses iCloud, and subscriptions are processed by Apple. Your use of those services is governed by Apple’s own privacy policy. We receive anonymized, aggregated subscription information from Apple (for example, how many subscriptions are active) but not your payment details.
If you choose to use them, Peel may ask for access to your Calendar, Reminders, Photos, notifications, or Face ID. These are used only to provide the related feature on your device and are never sent to us.
Because your content lives on your device and in your iCloud, you control it. Delete a note in the app, or remove the app and its iCloud data, to delete your information.
Peel is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them.
We may update this policy from time to time; we’ll revise the date above when we do.
