Welcome to Peel, a personal note-taking app published by Rivon (“we,” “us”). By downloading or using Peel, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

1. The app

Peel lets you create sticky notes, checklists, reminders, and widgets on your Apple devices. It’s a personal organization tool for your own use.

2. Your content

Notes you create are yours. They’re stored on your device and synced through your own iCloud account. We don’t have access to the contents of your notes.

3. “As is” — no warranties

Peel is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don’t warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any note, reminder, or sync will never fail. Peel is not a backup service, and you should not rely on it as the sole store of anything important.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rivon will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any lost notes, missed reminders, or other loss arising from your use of — or inability to use — Peel. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

5. Subscriptions

Peel offers an optional Premium subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t use Peel to break the law or to interfere with the app’s operation or other users’ devices.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
